Refunds for Cancellations & Returns

  • For cancelled orders or returned products (due to defects, wrong size, incorrect items, or incomplete sets), refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 10–12 business days from initiation.

  • The timeline may vary based on external factors such as your bank or payment gateway.

  • Recreate is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics disruptions, etc.) or incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.
