At Recreate, we aim to deliver your order safely, accurately, and on time. Please review our shipping and refund guidelines below.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–6 business days across India.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipment in real time.
You can also track your order status anytime through our website.

Please ensure that the shipping address and pincode entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
Recreate is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, and refunds cannot be claimed for issues arising beyond our control.
Your billing address is where you receive your card statements; your shipping address is where your order will be delivered.
Once your order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
